Condre the manager did a fantastic job in assisting me in getting a charger for my bose speaker. He was friendly and provided me complete guidance on how to look after the charging unit within the speaker. Condré provided fantastic service on my Bose Soundlink and Soundsport devices. His advice was professional yet accessible and fixed my problems. He did so after offering to visit and repair the issues onsite without any charge and ultimately did not charge me anything at all for his advice. He also didn’t try to upsell me on new products. I highly recommend the team at Bose SoundXcel Bellville! After struggling to find a replacement "stability band" for my QC Earbuds II, I reached out to them for help. Naomi was incredibly professional and friendly from the start. She asked me to send a photo to confirm the exact model and size, then personally searched their stock to ensure they had the correct part before I made the trip. When I arrived, they had the Size 1 band ready and waiting. It is rare to find this level of dedicated customer service and technical support these days.
